Capability 02
Annual Maintenance
Contracts.
AMC and CAMC that keep every building system running — planned preventive maintenance, fast breakdown response and SLA-backed accountability for electrical, HVAC, fire, security, IT and utility systems under one contract.
Maintenance that prevents, not just repairs.
Most facilities only call for help once something has already failed — and by then the cost, downtime and disruption are already done. An AMC flips that model: equipment is serviced on a planned cadence, faults are caught early, and when something does break, response is fast and accountable.
MVOLT puts your systems under one SLA-backed contract, with measured-value reporting and complete compliance records — so you spend predictably, stay inspection-ready and keep your building running.
Two ways to cover your systems.
Both keep your building maintained and compliant. The difference is how spares and parts are handled — and how much cost certainty you want.

AMC & CAMC, explained.
What is an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)?
An AMC is a yearly agreement under which MVOLT maintains your building systems on a planned schedule and responds to breakdowns, keeping equipment reliable and compliant for a predictable annual cost.
What is the difference between AMC and CAMC?
Under a standard AMC, scheduled service and labour are covered while spare parts are billed as used. A CAMC (Comprehensive AMC) bundles in spares, consumables and major parts, so almost everything is covered under one fixed fee with no surprise bills.
Which systems can be covered under an AMC?
Electrical (HT/LT), HVAC, fire and life-safety, security and surveillance, IT and networking, water systems (STP/WTP/RO), DG and UPS backup, and lifts - individually or all together under a single contract.
How quickly do you respond to breakdowns?
Response is defined in your SLA by system criticality. Critical systems can be covered around the clock with priority response and escalation; essential systems are typically same-day during business hours.
Can I get one AMC for all my building systems?
Yes. Our integrated model lets you place every system under a single accountable contract, removing the overhead of managing many separate vendors and their renewals.
Do your AMC reports show measured values?
Yes. Our maintenance reports capture actual measured readings - currents, temperatures, pressures and more - rather than only pass/fail ticks, giving you genuine insight into equipment health.
