Capability 06
One building.
One brain.
BMS and IBMS integration that unifies HVAC, lighting, energy, security, fire and access on a single intelligent platform — monitored, automated and optimised in real time.
Buildings work best when they think as one.
Most buildings run as a set of disconnected systems — HVAC on one panel, lighting on another, security and fire somewhere else. Each works alone, none share data, and no one sees the whole picture.
MVOLT changes that. We bring every subsystem onto one intelligent platform — monitored, scheduled and optimised from a single dashboard — so your building runs smarter, safer and far more efficiently.
A continuous loop of control.
Automation never stops working. Sensors read the building, logic decides, actuators respond and analytics tune it all — then the loop begins again.
Sense
Sensors and meters read temperature, occupancy, energy, air quality and equipment status across every system.
Decide
Control logic and schedules compare live readings against setpoints and rules to decide what should happen next.
Act
Actuators, drives and relays adjust plant, lighting and access instantly to hold the target conditions.
Optimise
Analytics surface waste and drift, tuning schedules and setpoints so the building keeps getting better.
Every system, one platform.
HVAC & chillers
Chillers, AHUs, VRF and pumps scheduled and optimised to hold comfort while cutting energy.
Lighting & controls
Occupancy, daylight and schedule-based lighting that switches off waste automatically.
Energy & metering
Sub-metering, tariff-aware logic and dashboards that turn consumption into insight.
Security & CCTV
Surveillance and intrusion brought onto the same platform for one live picture.
Fire & life safety
Fire and life-safety status integrated for coordinated alarms and safe response.
Access control
Doors, gates and turnstiles unified with schedules, permissions and audit trails.
Building automation, explained.
What is the difference between BMS and IBMS?
A BMS (Building Management System) controls and monitors core services such as HVAC, electrical and lighting. An IBMS (Integrated BMS) goes further, unifying those with security, fire, access and other systems on one platform - so everything is managed from a single place.
What can be automated in a building?
HVAC and chillers, lighting, energy and sub-metering, pumps and water systems, access control, CCTV and fire - almost any system with sensors and controllable outputs can be scheduled, monitored and optimised automatically.
Which protocols do you work with?
Open, industry-standard protocols including BACnet, Modbus and KNX, plus IP integrations - so systems from different manufacturers can be brought onto one platform without lock-in.
How does building automation save energy?
By running equipment only when and where it is needed - occupancy and daylight-based lighting, optimised HVAC schedules and setpoints, and analytics that surface waste - automation typically reduces energy use significantly while improving comfort.
Can I monitor everything from one dashboard?
Yes. That is the point of integration - one pane of glass with live status, trends, alarms and reports across all connected systems, accessible to your facilities team on site or remotely.
